Cockroaches: these are the means to get rid of them
There are several remedies to get rid of cockroaches, and we will consider some of them below. Among these is the ultrasonic repeller, which essentially emits sounds that are imperceptible to humans, but in reality annoy the animal a lot. So, in this case, the cockroach is removed and it is safe, since it is not as dangerous as poison can be.
Other remedies are natural methods and these include:
- Sodium bicarbonate and sugar: Simply make a mixture of these two ingredients in equal parts and then create balls with very little water. You can spread these in the areas where you have seen them, or in any case near sinks, drains, etc. The sugar attracts them, but the baking soda works in their bodies and kills them.
- Laurel: Lay out some bay leaves in specific places. The pungent smell of this spice plant is not appreciated by cockroaches at all, and they will disappear immediately.
- Cucumber: Just take an aluminum can and place a few cucumber peels in it. Aluminum and cucumber create a smell that the cockroaches don’t like and will therefore run away. However, in this case, the existing smell will not be pleasant to humans either.
