Lunch-lady-brownies

Here are the ingredients you’ll need to make Lunch Lady Brownies:

For the Brownies:

1 cup (about 225g) unsalted butter.

2 cups (about 400g) granulated sugar.

4 large eggs.

1 tsp. vanilla extract.

1 cup (about 120g) all-purpose flour.

½ cup (about 60g) cocoa powder.

½ tsp. salt.

One cup (approximately 120g) of chopped walnuts (optional).

For the Frosting:

¼ cup (about 55g) unsalted butter.

¼ cup (about 30g) cocoa powder.

¼ cup (about 60ml) whole milk.

2 cups (about 250g) powdered sugar.

1 tsp. vanilla extract.

Please note that the chopped walnuts in the brownies are optional, so you can omit them if desired.
