HUGE POT of Chilli At Home

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up into smaller pieces with a spoon as it cooks.
  2. Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and diced bell pepper to the pot. Cook until the vegetables are softened, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Stir in the diced tomatoes, tomato paste, beans (drained and rinsed), and broth. Add the chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
  4. Bring the chili to a simmer, then reduce the heat to low. Let it simmer uncovered for about 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together, stirring occasionally.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. If you prefer a thicker chili, you can simmer it for longer to reduce the liquid.
  6. Serve hot, topped with your favorite toppings such as shredded cheese, sour cream, chopped green onions, or diced avocado.

Enjoy your homemade chili!
