Alcohol vinegar  is a great ally for deep cleaning oven racks  . For your information: This solution has numerous  degreasing and cleaning properties.

To clean, simply take  out the  grids  and place them in the sink where you have previously poured hot water  .  Then add the brandy vinegar  and wait a while for the vinegar to act on the dirt.

Then remove the dirt with a sponge and complete the cleaning with a  thorough  rinse.
