Gravy stains on clothes, take this ingredient to solve in a few moments: it’s in the fridge

Other remedies for removing fresh sauce stains

Another method to use when the stain is still fresh is to take a clean cloth and wet the stain with water. By dabbing with the cloth you will absorb as much dirt as possible. Then after removing the large stain you can proceed with normal washing.

Or you can use ammonia diluted in water. One spoonful for every 250 ml of water will be enough. Also in this case, leave it to act for about 30 minutes before proceeding with washing

Another remedy that is still widely used, especially to remove the fatty part, is talcum powder. This absorbs the fatty part and therefore the oil present in the stain. You will need to leave it to act for about 2 hours before proceeding with washing. You can also prepare a homemade version using 30 g of corn starch and 15 g of sodium bicarbonate.
