Because bar carts are hard to find at low prices, Stacey chose to buy a secondhand one, and it worked out well! While looking around a yard sale, she found an old cart covered in rust for only $2.
Yes, it had rust on it, but I was able to remove most of it by using an electric drill with a wire-brush attachment. After that, Stacey prepared and painted the cart. She used a ruler to make a herringbone pattern.
