Apple Tian

Heat the cream in a small saucepan. Beat the eggs with the honey and add the cream. Mix vigorously and gradually add 2 tbsp. tablespoon of almond powder.
Preheat the oven th. 6 (180°C). Place a layer of apples in an oven dish, pour in some of the egg mixture, then repeat this operation. Bake for 20 min.
In a salad bowl, work the remaining butter into a cream, add the vanilla sugar, brown sugar, flaked almonds and the remaining almond powder.
Remove the tian from the oven, spread the almond mixture and bake again for 20 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
