5 infallible TIPS to remove mold from the shower joint

The bathroom, as we know, is an environment prone to various problems, including bad odors, humidity   and  mold. Not to mention the   shower that is continually exposed to water   .

A point especially exposed to mold formation is the   silicone gasket of the shower cabin   , which even tends to blacken.

So how to do it? In this sense, today we are going to see together   some homemade and natural ingredients to get rid of mold  from the shower seal and have it clean as never before!

The vinegar

The first remedy we recommend could not be   vinegar   , known by our grandmothers for its cleaning, stain-removing and degreasing properties, very   useful in ecological home cleaning.

All you have to do is pour    3 volumes of vinegar and the rest of the water into a spray bottle   and then spray the   mixture thus obtained on the “black”   present along the joint of your shower cabin.

At this point, let it sit for a while, then,   using an old toothbrush   or non-abrasive sponge, gently scrub. Finally, rinse   and that’s it!

Citric acid

As an alternative to vinegar, you can also use   citric acid   , a natural descaler that can help you not only remove mold from the shower,   but also remove limescale! We remind you, in fact, that it is used as a   maintenance treatment for the dishwasher!

Then pour   150 grams of citric acid into 1 liter of water   , then pour everything into a spray bottle and spray   generously on the mold. Let it sit, then remove the dirt with a brush and rinse:   your shower will be like new!
