3 mistakes in cleaning your dog’s urine that multiply bad odors

If you have a dog at home, you know that sometimes neither bleach nor floor cleaner are enough to   eliminate the bad smell of their urine   . It seems that the floor, walls or sofa are soaked in stench.

Dog urine contains a lot of nitrogen   , the concentration of which depends on the dog’s age, sex, and diet. For example, female dogs tend to detect more, as do dogs on a high-protein diet.

To   neutralize the bad smell of canine urine,   you can use an old trick: dilute a little tomato juice in your dog’s drinking water, as this drink eliminates urinary nitrates.

If you can’t get rid   of bad-smelling dog urine   , you may be making one of these three mistakes.

You don’t treat each stain differently

A stain on a concrete floor should not be treated like a stain on a couch. If the urine is on a cloth surface, the first thing to do is place some paper towels on it to remove excess moisture. Then spread a light layer of baking soda and let sit overnight. The next day, vacuum to remove all debris.
